Why employees need training.

Cyber-attacks are increasing at incredible rates, no longer are they utilized to steal your identity. Now Cyber attacks are generated to completely take over your organization’s networks and only release information if ransoms are secured. Your employees are the first line of defense, educating them on the signs of a phishing attack will reduce your risk of a successful attack.

Is your Solution GDPR Compliant?

We do store PII on your employees. It is important that you review your Informed Consent policies to ensure that your employees are made aware that their name, email address, and sometimes IP address, are used for the purpose of providing phishing education services and for tracking clicks by country.

I started the training but do not see anything?

Typically, when this issue arises, it is simply due to a pop-up blocker in your browser. Use these steps to turn off your popup blocker.

  1. On your computer, open Chrome
  2. At the top right, click More and go to Settings.
  3. At the bottom, click Advanced.
  4. Under “privacy and security,” click Content settings.
  5. Click Pop-ups and redirects.
  6. At the top, turn the setting to Allowed or Blocked.

Once you have completed these steps, relaunch the training module.

Which browsers do you support?

We support all modern browsers. Compatibility browsers like Internet Explorer are not fully supported.

How is our data secured on your systems, and do you have your own datacenter or are you in the cloud?

Our platform is hosted in our Tier 3 access-controlled datacenter, on a company owned hardware platform. Your data is secured through multiple means, including database encryption and a world-class vulnerability management program.

We already have a Learning Management System in place. Are you compatible with that?

We do not currently integrate with any other LMS Platforms. API Based interoperability is on our roadmap for late 2019.

How many employees can we sign up? What is your scalability?

We can support any sized organization. Our customers range from small companies with less than 50 users up to multi-national corporations.

Is my financial data safe and secure?

Your financial data is handled directly by our card processor, which is a Level 1 PCI Compliant solution.

I’m concerned about the email addresses that I would give you. Are they safe?

All data is encrypted and protected by continually tested security controls.

How much does a program like this cost?

We have two tiers of service, which cost as low as US$.58 per user
